Founded in February 2013, Liansheng Kiln Furnace is a comprehensive refractory enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, engineering design, construction and supporting services. We supply shaped, unshaped and functional refractory products such as high-alumina bricks, corundum products, insulating bricks, castables and gunning mixes for metallurgy, non-ferrous metal, building material, power, chemical, aerospace and other industries, and undertake turnkey refractory projects for thermal equipment.
The company is equipped with two sets of 120m high-temperature tunnel kilns, more than 20 brick presses of 600–1000 tons, six sets of 5R fine powder processing equipment and four sets of granule preparation equipment, supported by automatic batching systems.
Our annual output reaches 100,000 tons, and our products exceed national standards. Holding Class II qualification for metallurgical furnace construction, we achieve 100% first acceptance pass rate and over 98% excellent project rate.
